Brookshire Brothers - fall 2021
In the fall of 2021, my team and I had the privilege of working alongside local grocer Brookshire Brothers as student consultants. 
THE TASK
- Improve UX (user experience) of current loyalty program + social media efforts
- Determine any potential pain points in the customer journey and provide recommendations 

THE STRATEGY
- Analyzed current KPIs to identify areas of success + improvement for social media accounts
- Conducted a loyalty program competitive analysis, revealing current shortcomings and potential opportunities 

THE RESULT
- Collected primary data from over 860 survey respondents and 25 interviews to provide quantitative recommendations for improving loyalty program UX 
- Presented findings to key stakeholders
